Frequently Asked Questions

  • We follow standard rental billing and discount rates:

    1 DAY is billed as 1 DAY.

    1 WEEKEND is billed as 1 DAY.

    1 WEEK is billed as 3 DAYS.

    1 MONTH is billed as 10 DAYS.

    • Rent for one 24-hour day, get charged 1 DAY. You can pickup 4:00PM-5:30PM the day before your shoot and return 9:00AM-10:00AM the day after your shoot, free of charge.

    • WEEKEND = 1 DAY RATE (Rent from Friday at 4:00PM to Monday at 10:00AM, get charged only 1 day)

    • WEEK = 3 DAY RATE (Rent for one 7-day week, get charged only 3 days)

    • MONTH = 10 DAY RATE (Rent for one month, get charged only 10 days)

  • Insurance is necessary for all rentals.

    We do not sell insurance.

    If you don’t already have your own 3rd party insurance, we can recommend purchasing a policy through: www.athosinsurance.com or www.insuremyequipment.com

  • Unfortunately, no. Insurance is required for all rentals.

  • You must sign all necessary paperwork and complete payment prior to picking up the equipment. Equipment availability cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t offer vehicle rentals just yet. However, there is a UHAUL rental location less than a block from our warehouse. They are located at 996 Metropolitan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211 and their phone number is (347) 404-5668

  • Yes, if you send us your New York State ST-120 or ST-121 form, we can remove tax from your order.
