We follow standard rental billing and discount rates:

1 DAY is billed as 1 DAY.

1 WEEKEND is billed as 1 DAY.

1 WEEK is billed as 3 DAYS.

1 MONTH is billed as 10 DAYS.

• Rent for one 24-hour day, get charged 1 DAY. You can pickup 4:00PM-5:30PM the day before your shoot and return 9:00AM-10:00AM the day after your shoot, free of charge.

• WEEKEND = 1 DAY RATE (Rent from Friday at 4:00PM to Monday at 10:00AM, get charged only 1 day)

• WEEK = 3 DAY RATE (Rent for one 7-day week, get charged only 3 days)

• MONTH = 10 DAY RATE (Rent for one month, get charged only 10 days)

Insurance is necessary for all rentals.

We do not sell insurance.

If you don’t already have your own 3rd party insurance, we can recommend purchasing a policy through: www.athosinsurance.com or www.insuremyequipment.com

Unfortunately, no. Insurance is required for all rentals.

You must sign all necessary paperwork and complete payment prior to picking up the equipment. Equipment availability cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received.

Yes, if you send us your New York State ST-120 or ST-121 form, we can remove tax from your order.
